Es ist A Ware vorhanden (Häuser komplett) oder B Ware. Bei B Ware fehlen einzelne Teile. Anzahl der fehlenden Teile abhängig von Anzahl der Häuser. Bei Interesse bitte Stückliste anfordern.

Kurzbeschreibung

• Keller ohne Bodenplatte, jedoch mit Treppe in das EG

• Erdgeschoss mit Decke und Treppe ins OG

• OG mit Decke, jedoch ohne Treppe

• DG bestehend aus 2 Giebeln, jedoch ohne Dachstuhl, 34° Neigung

• Werkpläne und sonstige Details werden, soweit vorhanden, zur Verfügung gestellt

• Das Gesamtgewicht pro Haus beträgt ca. 160 t

• Außenwände sind mit Vollwärmeschutzverbundsystem und Putz (jedoch  nicht nach der aktuell gültigen Wärmeschutzverordnung)

• Elektrorohre mit Dosen sind in allen Wänden und Decken, nach Plan, vorhanden

• Rollladenkasten sind an den technisch Möglichen Stellen vorhanden
